Saturday, August 9th – Conference Day 1.

09:00: Full session –Sustainability trends and household transformation

12:00: Lunch buffet (vegetarian and diabetic-friendly options included)

13:15: Workshops in 12 breakout rooms – topics designated by the organizer

15:30: Coffee/tea/water & fruit break

16:00: Panel discussion and group feedback

18:00: Dinner at the hotel restaurant

Sunday, August 10th – Excursion Day in Copenhagen

Time: Activity

07:00: Breakfast (halal and diabetic-friendly options available)

08:15: Departure by private bus to Copenhagen

09:30: Visit to Amalienborg Palace Guided tour

11:00: Canal tour from Nyhavn – Guided sightseeing from the water

12:15: Lunch at a sustainable restaurant (self payment)

13:30: Visit to the National Museum of Denmark

15:30: Walk through and introduction to Christiania and green community living

17:00: Return to hotel by bus

18:30: Dinner and social evening at the hotel

Monday, August 11th – Conference Day 2.

Time: Activity

07:00: Breakfast (halal and diabetic-friendly options available)

09:00: Presentations from the 12 working groups – Reducing food waste in practice

12:00: Lunch buffet

13:30: Group discussions and solution development

15:30: Coffee/tea/water & fruit break

16:00: Group presentations and wrap-up

19:00: Formal Farewell Dinner at the hotel – Three-course menu with wine/beer/soda

Tuesday, August 12th – Departure Day
