Price estimate

Dear Mr. Forrest

As agreed, I am pleased to submit a preliminary price estimate for the stay at Hotel Furesø from August 8th to August 12th, 2025, for a total of 50 guests.

The estimate includes four nights' accommodation in single rooms, breakfast served daily, as well as lunch and dinner as agreed upon. Guests will have full access to the hotel's facilities, including conference rooms and lounge areas, along with standard housekeeping and service.

The total preliminary cost for the stay is DKK 456,393 kr.  excluding VAT. Please note that this estimate is subject to adjustments based on final confirmation, any additional services requested, and specific needs related to the event.
